I joined Blizzard as Lead UX Designer in July 2022 under Battle.net & Online Products (B&OP). My work there largely focused on things like account management, authentication methods, “business solutions,” payment transactions, and studio-facing systems like guilds/clans. The rest of my time was made up of internal documentation, people leading/coordination, & Design Ops.
