Joining the team in July 2024, my role of Staff UX/UI Designer is at the same tier/level as what other companies call a Lead or Principal; in other words, I’m the subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to the IC’s for my area without directly managing the team members I work with and support.

My area of coverage includes the Michaels e-commerce platform (website), mobile application, and customer support. Parts of my job also touch the Custom Framing site, the MakerPlace cart + checkout, and things like classes & parties.
