I was a User Experience (UX/UI) Designer within the Enterprise Technology Product Management (ETPM) team at AmFam. I worked with 3-4 agile product teams creating applications that simplify the job of Underwriters, Agents, and others at AmFam.
I wore a few hats, including: research, user tests/surveys, design, and front-end dev.
Since my projects are internal apps meant for Underwriters & Agents, I can’t share a whole lot publicly, but it’s safe to say that the bulk of my job involves taking an overwhelming amount of data that is scattered across several disparate environments, and combining it into experiences that makes our people happier and more efficient.
