In my 18 months at the company we made some major changes, like: changing our web-fonts, building out a new Support section, redesigning our calculators, relaunching the Link360 Safety Software site, and addressing global branding issues in the header, navigation, and footer. We also moved to a whole new site-wide URL structure and changed recommendation vendors which required a total redesign of the shop pages.

A major goal that is still in-progress revolves around accessibility, which I took the lead on and left a comprehensive roadmap of changes and documentation when I left. That included A11y audits, report templates, and developer documentation.
